Church History

During a missionary trip to Kamchatka in 1997, Vasiliy Tishchenko received a word from God — to serve those who had experienced rejection and pain, those struggling with depression and oppression, and those for whom the doors of the religious world had been forever closed.

After a season of prayer and seeking God, in September 1999, Vasiliy, together with his wife Elena and their two young children, began a prayer ministry on Mount Love in Portland. Each evening, they prayed fervently for the lost and the broken…
